I don't scare easily anymore either. I still LOVE horror movies though. I am always looking for that one special one that can scare me everytime I watch it. Something that never ceases to mess with my mind. Something that is gonna have my own foot in the door to an insane asylum. Anyone got any ideas? I do admit though! Night of The Living Dead did mess with my mind a little bit and so did the Excorsist. But i'm always looking for something better and more terrifying. |

I just saw the preview of the movie on tv today and my hubby says he's curious about it. I didn't get too much of a view of it though. I caught the last ending. It looks alright. I love horror movies as well but just like you, I've been disappointed by some movies. They just don't make scary movies anymore..lol |

You're right- they don't make really scary movies anymore. Also, I'm sorry that I can't help with the scare rating, although I am planning to go see it with my friends. Oh, by the way, did you see that child that opened its mouth and said "Meow!"... now that was freakish!!! That scene sent shivers down my spine... and that hasn't happened for a couple years now! |

I really like the trailer. I especially like the scene where the woman's riding up the elevator and you see the little kid through the window on one floor, and closer to the window on the next-- really cool! If that's any indication of what the rest of the movie will be like, then I'm looking forward to it. I've heard that the Asian version is somewhat along the same lines as the Ring-- except more disturbing and disjointed. If that's indication, then I would expect the film to be more creepy than scary. |

I am also wanting to see that movie.. to me the previews were good... But I just hope its a really terrifying movie.... umm The Ring was very disappointing.... Wasnt scary.. I really liked the Exorcist....... But Im hoping this movie is GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Don't watch it...it sucks...they killed the original..Ju-on: The Curse comes out on DVD here in the US on Nov 6th I believe..subtitles of course..you can find it at your local Virgin Megastore in the International Films section. I am a diehard J-Horror Lover and was very unhappy when they casted Sarah Michelle Geller..so yea..check out the original...and if you can, look for the Ju-on...it's the prequel to Ju-on: the Curse...KamuiDragonOfEarth |

I think Sarah Michelle is a perfectly capable actress. Besides, it doesn't take Lee Strasberg to be able to look frantic and vulnerable and to run away from things and fall down a whole bunch. |

hey,that movie scarred me....i wasnt afraid to go into the dark,but i had weird jappaneese dreams,it freaked me out completely,i couldnt look at the screan and im more the gasping type,but i almost screamed..its freaky,dnt listen to people saying its crap,its brilliant!!

Hey Kids . . . My boyfriend and I almost rented the original Ju-On. I thought about it and then we decided to have a Johnny Depp marothon instead. Only so I could druel over Johnny though. |

eh. it's scary as you watch it. like totally freaky. but it's not one of those that haunts you that night or anytime really. it requires no nightlights, lol.
