ultimate method Part II |
sorry to raised all the hopes on my last post, but I was exaggerating. The method IS easy because there's really only one step to it, but it does require a certain amount of cencentration skills or else you'd fall asleep. anyway, you might or might not get out with this, but give it a try anyway:
wait till bedtime, then wait a few more hours till you're REALLY drowsy. (do this on a weekend) Lie on bed, focus on the centre of your forehead. You don't need to tense up and really get into the focusing, just think the area of the forehead, that's where brow chakra is. and I don't know for you, but my active chakra is the brow, maybe that's why I feel stuff when I focus on it. I have no clue why it works, but when I use this method this is generally what happens: If I'm really tired, I usually feel paralysis come within 5-10mins..it's sort of like I'm falling asleep, but as oppose to going unconcious; I'm actually aware of it when it happens (probably because I'm focusing on the forehead). and a few nights ago I was lucky and felt vibrations within 10mins. I'm still working on it, to get better at it. I still can't get vibrations everynight, I have to work on my concentration skills..I always tense up whenever something unusual happens..stupid physical body reflexes.. anyway good luck to you |

That's cool, thanks for sharing. Sounds interesting. How do you tell which chakra is most active? |

Either way, OBE's sound cool interesting enough for me to give it another try. I'm pretty tired right now in fact. |

Problem is that I have epilepsy and mostly when i'm unconsious or whatever, i get a seizure. I'm sort of worried about having a seizure but I really want to try OBE. |

Energy travels where thought goes. If you focus on a particular chakra it will gradually become active. Just a little tip, when you lay down, try to listen for the buzzing sensation in your ears. Just focus on trying to hear that. The more you put your focus on hearing the buzzing sensation the louder it becomes. As you pay attention to listening to the buzzing sensation remain comfortable and don’t loose sight of your goal (don’t fall asleep) It works very well for me. Matt aka |

Wow very interesting!! I believe I had my first OBE about a month or so ago..I woke up..looked over and relized I was lying next to myself in bed. LOL. When I woke up the next day I thought it was all just a dream..but the more I think about it..I think it was something more. :) |
