wanna know what an OBE feels like? |
The few times that I've had OBEs, I've noticed a very distinct feeling everytime it happens. Go to your bedroom, bring a tall chair to the end of your bed and stand on it. fall back..DON'T move a muscle (you might have a try a couple of times before you learn not to move, it's natural to have a reflex) and fall onto your bed..feel good doesn't it? but of course you won't get an OBE just by falling onto your bed, it's just that "fall" that feels like what you'd feel when you first leave the physical world. Now, everytime I have OBEs, it's kinda like that. I feel like I'm falling and I just keep falling deeper and deeper. Imagine that you fall THROUGH your bed, and fall THROUGH the floor and just keep falling faster and faster and you can't move to slow yourself down. of course, in an OBE it doesn't hurt or have any physical uneasiness. it just feels so "FREE" when you're finally out.
don't stop trying to OBE. never stop.. because everynight is another opportunity. think about it, you don't get out tonight..find out what's wrong and try again. you can always try again and again, eventually it's gonna happen. It took me five years, and I'm finally starting to be able to control the OBE process a little bit. |

Nearest thing that I can relate to your description is falling asleep after working all night. Get home, shower, brush my teeth, have a small drink of water and melt away into the matt. Thanks for the info, Lighthouse. Write on.... |

I feel this Lighthouse, but when I am 'falling back into my body'. I can surely relate to this sensation. |
