Here's a good site:
http://www.lakhota.com
A word of caution, however, as I had visited the site a few times...they are very heavily into traditional values and when you sign up and start to post, your first post should be an introduction and a little about yourself - that's how it's done on the "Res" or "Reservation". They often don't take kindly to posters who just come in and start posting without an introduction of sorts.
They will not tolerate questions about new-age things - asking about dreams and visions and don't take kindly to people asking for names.
All that aside, the forum moderators are native Lakhota, Nakhota and Dakota and have a wealth of knowledge on history and culture. It really is a good site to visit.
Good luck!
