Your house is on fire, perhaps? |

I don't know if this is helpful, but blue us the hottest flame. If that information has spiritual significance or not is beyond my knowledge. |

Hmm... I wonder if I saw a spirit of some sort. Thanks Neesha. Although I'm not spiritual myself, maybe it meant something? Koala: Will do! Man of Asgard: *laughs* I can thankfully say that my house wasn't on fire. I guess I'll just to research into this more. Thanks for the comments everyone! |

No, a blue flame on a candle does not represent spirits in the room, when there is a blue flame on a candle, that is the hottest part of the fire. Im not sure what a blue flame on a floor is though. sorry. |

Um, usually it depends on the fuel... but for it to come out of no where? Um... I don't know |

Sometimes underground water can cause strange light above ground. Do you know if there are any wells or water under your house? I’m probably way off, but I have heard of that phenomena being caused by water before. |

SL, Something weird like that happened to me, but what I saw was an eerie green light. Last year I was watching TV around 9:30 pm and the electricity went off. Instead of bothering my hubby (who was asleep in the bedroom) to start up the generator, I decided to just lay down on the couch hoping that the electric would soon kick back on. When I laid down, I glanced toward the hallway and I noticed a glowing eerie green light coming from under the furnace room door. I figured that the light must be caused by the pilot light on the furnace. About 30 seconds later, I looked again for the light, but this time it was coming from under a bedroom door. Just as I was trying to get a real good look the electic came back on. I often wonder what that light was. |
