hey calm down it is probably your own spirit trying to interact with you in some way trying to show you something. The only thing haunting you is yourself.. IF you admit you do not know really who you are and are still finding out!
Now you know fear is ok just feel it and deal with it by knowing your spirit has never revealed itself too you yet in this country they do not teach anyone this stuff why your so freaked do not be just try to learn what it is trying to reveal to you and if you tell me the details I can try to help you identify what type of spirit it is..
