The diner employee Bobby Reagan was now a bit wide-eyed at Gary's story. 'I figured you would think I might be some crazy...' Bobby replied staunchly but in a noticeably nervous accent, 'Not at all, dear boy, carry on...'
Stanley walked slowly, gun in hand through the heart of the house, sweat rolling down his forehead...'Hail Mary, Full of Grace, The Lord Is With Thee. Blessed art Thou among women and blessed is the fruit of Thy Womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother Of God, Pray for us Sinners now and the hour of our death. Amen.' He prayed. He suddenly felt more brave, more determined, though he started hearing more and more creaking behind closet doors and curtains. 'Hi, my name is Ted. Are you lonely?' came a raspy voice from a pile of ventriloquist dolls. Stanley stood frozen. 'Good, my weapon is engaged.' He heard a repetitive giggling from the exact same spot only so many feet behind him...He held his gun forward and turned to the direction of the source of the noise and gasped...
Meanwhile....on the other side of the house...Gary stood still tilting his head to any angle to see if he could catch a glimpse of the beutiful lady's blonde head from the back again, but realized he would have to follow in order to catch more. For some reason, a feeling inside him was wiping away his anxiety and wanting him to follow. He heard beautiful chanting ahead and the more he followed the louder it became. He still had his handgun on him but his tight grip began to loosen a little. He walked past rows and rows of bars on the walls of clothes on hangers until he came to a small oval shaped room that seemed to be the end of the trail. The chanting woman had disappeared. He was in a dirty but somewhat attractive white bathroom with a toilet where the pipes had come out of the walls and a large tub with a long and wide, thick, white curtain blocking it.
He said to himself...'It's all in my head, it's all in my head....' Thop!' He stood frozen solid again, hearing a small splash come from behind the shower curtain. Fear overtook him again and he realized he had dropped his handgun and it was three feet outside the door of the room. He heard a cackle from behind the curtain then, and pale green fingers began to brush the curtain aside. As soon as Gary saw this, he bolted outside the door and picked up his handgun, still running, and the volume of the high-pitched cackle never changed as if she were staying behind him at the same distance...
Stanley screamed at the dummy doll running like a small child towards him and pulled the trigger of the gun. BOOM! The dolls chin and upper neck were obliterated and it stopped in its tracks, collapsing. It had bright reddish-orange hair, piercing green eyes, and an eerie smile, wearing a green tuxedo and baby blue dress pants. 'Yeah, Ted, it gets pretty lonely in freaky places such as this,' Stanley smirked. 'But aren't you going to deal with all of us?' shouted a high-pitched, child-like voice. A dummy doll with bright pink skin, blonde pigtails, and a blue and white polka-dotted skirt stood along with 8 more other dummies. Stanley was freaking out, but kept his cool. He had a shotgun in his hand....and more ammo, a semi-automatic rifle around his back, and cherry bombs, all on him.... |
