Parma is not far from me :-) A couple of people and I were discussing this on another forum. They think it's a blue shopping bag. I don't think it is though, because if you look at it...it takes on almost a bodily shape. It also looks like it's moving arms through the air. I think it's a fairy :-D |

That's near me. The one guy mentioned that there was an Indian Reservation there, which is only kind of true. Native Americans got pushed into that area when Europeans started moving into Ohio- so it was a 'reservation' type of place but it was a lot bigger than just that town, and it was fairly short-lived. |

I used to live in Parma Hts in the 80's... It doesn't look like a bag... I hope they find out what it is...pretty interesting! |
